Scope These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased through the online ticket shop of EL EY X (www.eleyx.com). By completing the purchase, the customer fully accepts these conditions. 2. Ticket Purchase 2.1. Tickets can be purchased exclusively online. 2.2. To complete the order, the customer must provide first name, last name, email address, and phone number. 2.3. After successful payment, the ticket will be sent to the email address provided. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information. 3. Age & Entry Requirements 3.1. Entry is strictly 18+. A valid government-issued photo ID must be shown at the entrance. 3.2. EL EY X reserves the right to refuse entry if: the guest is visibly intoxicated, the guest behaves aggressively or disrespectfully, the guest violates club rules or dress code, the ticket is invalid, duplicated, or forged. No refund will be issued in these cases. 4. Ticket Validity & Usage 4.1. Each ticket is valid for one person and one specific event date only. 4.2. Tickets must not be resold, copied, or transferred without approval. 4.3. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. 4.4. If the customer enters incorrect data and does not receive their ticket, EL EY X is not responsible. 5. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Show Policy (Vienna Club Standard) 5.1 General rule – no refunds: Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final. Advance-sale tickets for Vienna nightclubs are generally non-refundable. 5.2 Event cancellation by EL EY X: If EL EY X cancels the event, the customer will receive: a full refund, or a replacement date/ticket. 5.3 Postponed or rescheduled events: If an event is postponed, the ticket automatically remains valid for the new date. If the customer cannot attend the new date, refund options follow legal requirements or platform rules (if a third-party ticketing system is used). 5.4 Entry refusal (door policy): If a customer is refused entry due to reasons within the customer’s control (e.g., intoxication, inappropriate behavior, dress-code violations, invalid ticket), no refund will be issued. If entry is denied for reasons not caused by the customer (e.g., verifiable organiser error), EL EY X may issue a refund at its discretion. 5.5 Refundable ticket options: If an optional “refundable” or “flex ticket” add-on is offered by the ticketing partner, the rules of that provider apply. Without such an add-on, all standard tickets remain non-refundable. 5.6 Technical / payment errors: If a duplicate charge or technical issue occurs during checkout, EL EY X will review the case and process a refund where necessary. Processing times depend on the payment provider. 6. Event Changes EL EY X may change the program, DJs, artists, time schedule, or room layout. Such changes do not create a refund entitlement. 7. Liability 7.1. Attendance is at the guest’s own risk. 7.2. EL EY X is not liable for lost or stolen items. 7.3. The organiser is not responsible for technical issues during the online purchase process. 8. Photos & Videos During events, video and photo material may be recorded for promotional use. By entering EL EY X, the guest agrees to such use unless they object at the venue. 9. Applicable Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law.
